Registration is available on a first come first serve basis. Once teams have filled you will be placed on a waitlist.  

Registration Opens January 21st for the upcoming fall season! 

Registration is open to all children entering 2nd - 8th grade in Fall 2024.

Your registration is not complete until payment has processed.

Registration Closes on March 16th - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Practice start date is June 9, 2024 for all teams. 

The total cost of the TYCC 2023 Season is $1050 

  • $50 due at registration
  • $200 due March 15
  • $200 due April 15
  • $200 due May 15
  • $200 due June 15
  • $200 due July 15

Payment will auto draft from account on file

(multiple fundraisers will be available to offset cost of registration)

  Cheer Program Costs:

$100 Volunteer Post Dated (12/15/24) Check per family- To only be cashed at end of the season if you did not fulfill Volunteer requirements.

Due at Uniform Fitting 4/13 @ fnbo 1725 S State St Belvidere, IL.

$50 Mandatory Fundraiser Fee per family - Per set of tickets sold. 

Ex: you sell 25 tickets- $50 goes to the organization, $200 applied toward to your registration

 you sell 50 tickets- $100 goes to the organization, $400 applied toward your registration

you sell 75 tickets- $150 goes to the organization, $600 applied toward your registration

TYCC ATTENDANCE POLICY!! 

   Competition Season runs from June to November 

There will be NO BOARD EXCEPTIONS during competition season 

All Athletes have 3 Absences to use during the season 

All Practices are mandatory effective June 9th, 2024

ONLY 3 Absences of any kind are allowed per season.

* Any athlete exceeding that will not be elgible to compete after the 4th one. 

*For Example: 

*1 MISSED PRACTICE= 1 Absence

*1 MISSED CHOREO SESSION= 1 Absence 

* 2 TARDIES= 1 Absence. A Tardy is arriving late or leaving early more than 15 mintues. 

* Medical Appointments and school functions are always excused absences with 24 hour prior notification to [email protected] 

*We follow school district illness policies, if you are absent from school you should not be attending practice that night. We ask that all athletes are fever/symptom free without aid of medication for 24 hours before returning to practice.

*Missing 2 (TWO) consecutive practices due to illness/injury a medical release form allowing you to participate in sports note is required.

*Missing a practice within 1 (ONE) week of a competition will result in NOT PERFORMING at that Competition.

Competitions: In order to particpate within the the TYCC Organization, you must be able to attend ALL competitions for the team you are registering for. All teams will compete in THREE COMPETITIONS and State if a bid is recieved. The following are the date for ALL ICA Comps for fall 2024, we will not know what competitions we are attending until late May/early June

  • First Look - August 25th @ NIU Convocation Center
  • Cheercago - Sept 7/8th @ Hampshire High School
  • Cheer Wishes - Sept 21/22nd @ West Aurora High School
  • Cheer Pink - Oct 5/6th @ Dundee Crown High School
  • Final Fling - Oct 19/20th @ NIU Convocation Center
  • Spirit Spooktacular - Nov 2nd @ Huntley High School

State Weekend: State Weekend is Nov 14-17th. This may require to be out of school on that Thursday or Friday. *More info to come closer to STATE.
